1. Information we handle

Information used by a service like Punchpit may include account details, project records from connected services, uploaded files, photos, comments, and generated reports. Technical information may include browser details, device information, and interactions with the website.

2. How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, generate reports, respond to support requests, understand service usage, and maintain reliability and security.

3. Connected services and providers

Connecting a project platform allows information to be processed within the permissions you grant. Hosting, storage, analytics, and other service providers may process information to support these features. Connected platforms also have their own privacy policies.

When you book a demo, the scheduling calendar is provided by Cal.com, which receives the name, email, and phone number you enter, the time you choose, and the page and advertising campaign that brought you to us.

4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies and similar technologies may support sign-in, session management, and website analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some features.

Our marketing pages use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure how our LinkedIn ads perform and to show our ads to people who have visited those pages. LinkedIn may collect the page address, referring page, IP address, device and browser details, and the time of your visit, and may link them to your LinkedIn account. You can opt out of LinkedIn ad retargeting or manage advertising preferences in your LinkedIn settings. The tag is not used on pages you see after signing in.

5. Retention and security

Retention periods depend on the type of information, the features being provided, and applicable obligations. Reasonable safeguards help protect information, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices

You can manage access through your connected platform and stop using the service at any time. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. An active policy will explain how to submit these requests.

7. Policy updates

This sample will be replaced with a policy reflecting the service’s actual practices before it is used as an active privacy notice. Future updates will identify their effective date.
